Dear Adventure Awaits, we would just like to thank you for such efficient and wonderful service you gave us for our recent trip to Mauritius. It is the quickest and easiest booking we have done. From the time we decided to go to Mauritius for the team to arrange the booking, payment, and transfers, all was sorted within 2 hours including air tickets!  Furthermore, our travel documents were hand delivered to us! And by chance the team was at the airport on the same day and came to see us on our way at the departure gate. Shandrani Hotel were so welcoming and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we required. We were so spoilt from Champagne, Macaroons, T Shirts, Fresh flowers, more macaroons and a cake for our anniversary with Adventure Awaits had arranged! The private transfers were brilliant - on time and so professional. Upon our collection from the hotel to the airport, we were meet outside the departure hall and taken straight to the check in counter with our luggage.  We would like to say a big thank you once again for your professionalism, expert advice, personal attention and attention to detail at all times. We will definitely be using Adventure awaits travel services again.

Last week we returned from a fabulous 5-night stay in New York! The team was fantastic from the very start and clearly set out all the options available, taking into consideration both the availability and budget. As I was booking the trip as a gift for my husband, I really appreciated having their expertise and support. We travelled with two young children, and this was well considered when sourcing flight times and which hotel to stay in. We stayed very centrally which was great and felt like our accommodation met our family's needs. The team was great in suggesting which hotels would be suitable. The hotel was very smart and clean, and the hotel staff were very friendly. What I valued the most was knowing that I could contact the team at any time with any questions which really gave me peace of mind. It was nice having text messages from the team in the lead up (and to remind me to check-in online) - it all added to the excitement. The same goes for when we were coming home. It felt like the team genuinely cared about our experience. I highly recommend Adventure Awaits services and will be in touch when I'm booking our next adventure!
